Full Description

The work associated with the construction of the new infrastructure includes the carrying out of all duties and obligations and the furnishing of all labor, tools, selected materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the project. The project includes renovations to the Water Well #18 Building and installation of a fencing system; including demolition, cleaning, construction, testing, and placing into operation of the structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural components in accordance with the Contract Documents. Water Well 18 is an operational water production well that must remain available for service during renovation activities.
