This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect at this current time. The USDA ARS Plains Area Grazinglands Research Lab in El Reno, OK is requesting quotes for a 28 ft. Gooseneck livestock trailer or equivalent. The location would like to trade in two trailers that are currently owned. Photos of the trailers are located in the Attachments Section. Product Specifications: Gooseneck Brand 28' x 6'-8" Steel Livestock Trailer. Front MUST be V-shaped (square box shaped front will not be accepted). Black in color.
