The exercise stations explore the provision of fitness equipment in public open space in the City of Orange City. These stations considering physical activity and access to outdoor fitness equipment to complement existing assets and provide a diverse range of recreational pursuits. The proposed outdoor fitness stations will be located at Veterans Memorial Park which is located at 426 S. Volusia Avenue in Orange City. The Veterans Memorial Park is a city-owned that is open to the public. This is a high used facility by surrounding community and general public. The proposed stations will be located inside the Veterans Memorial Park facility but without affecting the existing infrastructure, trees or green areas.
This is a project to install a new outdoor fitness equipment station along of the existing Veterans Memorial Park which should include layouts, supply materials, deliver and install new exterior commercial outdoor fitness equipment components, including required permitting with the Building Department and other required agencies. The selected Contractor shall be issued a contract for services this project.
The City of Orange City is seeking proposals from qualified outdoor fitness equipment providers to offer a selection of Outdoor Fitness Equipment to be installed on a concrete surface in three different locations within Veterans Memorial Park located in 426 S. Volusia Avenue, Orange City, Florida. It’s Contractors responsibility to ensure that all documents have been downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting proposals.
