The Government intends to award award a contract resulting from this Request for Quotation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the Request for Quotation will be most advantageous to the Government. Offerors will be evaluated based on best value, considering the following factors: past performance, price, technical capability and delivery schedule. Offers received will be evaluated on price, acceptability of the proposed product, past performance, technical capability and delivery (schedule, method, and cost).
