The U.S. Embassy London invites responsible offerors to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, and registration of one (1) new 8-passenger hybrid mini van in accordance with the attached Vehicle Specification sheet/Request for Quotations (RFQ).


The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quotation that meets all mandatory requirements of the solicitation.


Offerors shall review the complete RFQ package, including all specifications, instructions, terms and conditions, and mandatory submission requirements before submitting a quotation.


Offerors may submit a quotation for either:


A factory-built vehicle meeting the solicitation requirements; or
An in-country/dealer stock (forecourt) vehicle that is acceptably similar and fully compliant with the mandatory specifications.


Quotations must be submitted electronically to Procurement_Box7@state.gov with the subject line Solicitation No. 19UK5626P0739/V.
