Supply of SUV to the U.S. Embassy New Delhi

The U.S. Embassy New Delhi is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of one brand-new Toyota Fortuner SUV or equivalent. The vehicle must be white or silver, petrol-powered, a 6+1 seater, right-hand drive, and meet EURO/BS-VI standards with 4x2WD or above. Delivery is required on an FOB destination or door-to-door basis to the Embassy premises in New Delhi within 90 days of the contract award. The award will be granted to the lowest priced, acceptable, and responsible quoter, with evaluation priority placed on technical capability and delivery over price. Interested vendors must submit their quotations electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov by November 10, 2026, at 1400 hours IST. Required submission documents include a completed SF-1449, pricing documentation, representations and certifications, and proof of active SAM registration. All original shipping documents, including the bill of lading, commercial invoices, and a EURO-VI certificate, must be couriered to the Embassy prior to vehicle dispatch to facilitate duty-free customs clearance. Invoices must be submitted via email to MissionIndiaPayments@state.gov and must show the Goods and Services Tax as a separate item.
