Purchase of a HEV AWD Executive SUV

The U.S. Embassy in Tirana, Albania, is seeking proposals for the procurement of one Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Executive SUV, model year 2025-2026. This solicitation, numbered 19AL6026Q0018, will be awarded as a single firm fixed-price purchase order using the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method.
