Awarding to any other vendor would result in a substantial duplication of effort. In addition, Reed-Joseph possesses proprietary rights to the software language used to program their equipment. In addition to the cannons and the rotomat assemblies, Reed-Joseph International is the only authorized American distributor of the French made Desman Laser. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334290. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Reed Joseph International is the only source capable of providing this requirement. Phone calls will not be accepted.
