The United States Consulate in Frankfurt requires new vehicles: 1 x New Passenger Vehicle (station wagon) for 5 passengers, including the driver, with German specifications to be delivered to Frankfurt am Main, Germany within a reasonable period.


The vehicle must meet all relevant German and EU specifications.


The vehicle must be delivered to the U.S. General Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany no later than 120 days after receipt of the order.


The price quoted in the bid must include delivery and VAT as follows:


DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is responsible for the entire shipment, including customs clearance and fees [if delivered outside of Germany] and delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises in Frankfurt.


Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%. Offers from outside of Germany but within the EU must contain the VAT at the country’s fixed percentage.
