Provide a resident project representative(s) for inspection of bridge, highway, flood control, transportation, road, or utility construction projects. Inspect and document contractor’s work, review tally sheets, and change orders as needed. Provide liaison with the public, subcontractors, utilities, other governmental agencies, and other parties involved. Individuals may be interviewed for this Service based on the qualifications needed. May submit multiple staff who meets minimum qualifications to perform all or some of the services required. Individuals will work under the supervision of a Clark County project manager, senior inspector, assistant manager, or manager. Firms will be able to substitute personnel of equivalent experience, education, and training only after a review of qualifications and experience has been completed and approved by Clark County Public Works. Personnel must have equal or better qualifications, experience, and education of personnel being replaced.
