PWC - 2026 Capital Improvement, 103rd Ave. SE AC Water Main Replacement Project

The project involves replacing approximately 8,715 linear feet of eight-inch ductile iron water main and associated fittings along 101st Ave. SE, 103rd Ave. SE, 37th St. SE, 40th Pl. SE, and 46th Pl. SE near the City of Lake Stevens in Snohomish County, Washington. The scope includes installing 128 new water services, 15 fire hydrant assemblies, two blow-off assemblies, four combination air vacuum release assemblies, and a PRV vault, along with all necessary labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals.
