Full Description

The U. S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Division, intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i)) with Galson Laboratories, Inc. 6601 Kirkville Rd east Syracuse, NY 13057 USA. The contractor shall provide analytical services for the determination of a variety of industrial hygiene parameters in a variety of matrices. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541380 and the size standard is $15.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), 29 September, 2014. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation for offers.
