This is not a solicitation. This is a Sources Sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors with capabilities to perform Psychiatrist Physician Services, both inpatient and outpatient to veterans at the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, New York. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, and the Albany VA Medical Center anticipate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to be awarded on approximately 10/1/18 for the following services: The Contractor shall provide 2.4 FTE Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrists to perform inpatient and outpatient psychiatry physician services. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12 Representations and Certifications, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Responses should address the location of your facility and how you will meet the Government s needs according to the description above. Provide a brief capability statement.
