This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All bidders must also be registered on www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). II. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit e-mailed quotes on RFQ Number VA246-12-Q-3041. This solicitation is a request for Shower Commode Chairs which meets the requirements within this solicitation to be delivered to the VA Medical Center, Hampton, VA. III. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. IV. This is an 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 339112 and the size standard is 500 employees. V. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial item/s.
