The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS codes 541380-Testing Laboratories and Services. The St Cloud VA Health Care System at St Cloud, MN is seeking a Contractor to provide water quality testing services that is accredited with the Minnesota Department of Health Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Response to Request To respond to this source(s) sought notice please return via email to the Contract Specialist, John Milroy, Email: john.milroy@va.gov your company information (including SAM Unique Entity ID) and capability statement by 12:00PM Central Time August 12, 2026.
