The scope includes a wide array of services, such as complete and partial dentures, repairs, relines, rebases, diagnostic wax-ups, surgical stents, implant overdentures, and specialized attachments, all fabricated with approved materials like Ivocap Acrylic Resin, Trubyte IPN teeth, noble metals, and other ISO 9001/CE registered products. The contractor must adhere to strict turnaround times, with most cases completed within five days, and provide same-day local repair and relining services, along with personalized pick-up and delivery at no additional cost. Quality control and performance monitoring are emphasized through the development of a detailed Quality Assurance Plan and a living Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, ensuring consistent high standards, timely service, and compliance with infection control protocols.
