On-Call Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Commissioning Services - This set of contracts is intended to support the MTA Capital Program and the MTA at large with all functions of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Commissioning (Cx). These activities are federally required, and proper oversight and support are critical to the ongoing receipt of federal funds to carry out the MTA Capital program and other agency functions.
