FedRAMP Moderate Authorized, cloud-native analytics & AI platform purpose Qlik Sense currently serves as the foundation of CBP’s enterprise analytics environment, supporting data-driven decision-making across the agency's complex & mission-critical operations Eliminates infrastructure management overhead while delivering enterprise-grade security, continuous innovation, & an accelerating set of AI capabilities enabling CBP to operationalize AI & other innovations faster & with greater confidence than alternative approaches Enables any MCP-compatible AI assistant including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, & Anthropic's Claude to connect securely to Qlik Cloud's analytics engine & trusted data products. Rather than requiring a separate integration for each AI tool Establishes a single, governed connection point, giving CBP the flexibility to adopt new AI capabilities as they emerge w/o rebuilding underlying data infrastructure Enforce governance controls remain fully: AI agents access only what the authorized user is permitted to see Provide a natural language interface that enables analysts & mission users to ask open-ended questions of their data & receive contextually relevant, cited, & explainable responses unifying structured analytics & unstructured document knowledge Purpose-built AI agents continuously monitor data, surface proactive insights, and orchestrate downstream actions w/in existing workflows reducing manual analytical burden & accelerating time to decision Enable Agentic analytics for CBP personnel at all levels Enable agency analysts to build, train, & deploy machine learning models directly w/in the platform w/o requiring data science expertise or external tooling, supporting use cases such as anomaly detection, resource forecasting, & operational risk identification Hold and maintain FedRAMP Authorized status at the Moderate Impact Level Function seamlessly with Databricks Data Replication Provide data replication on an enterprise-grade data replication & ingestion platform that enables CSPD to move, synchronize, & deliver data across heterogeneous systems in real time w/minimal impact on source environments. The ATAP data infrastructure currently relies on Qlik Replicate to support the agency's need for timely, accurate, & reliable data movement across complex & mission-critical environments. The data replication should provide Core Capabilities Change Data Capture (CDC) functionality, which reads directly from database transaction logs to detect & deliver only changed data inserts, updates, and deletes in real time or near-real time Rely on log-based CDC approach that requires no triggers, queries, or modifications to source systems, thereby ensuring operational systems supporting border security, trade processing, & law enforcement workloads remain unaffected during replication operations Data replication must support multiple source target selections including (but not limited to) Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Db2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAP cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), & Databricks due to the legacy on-premises systems and evolving cloud & hybrid architectures of CBP Supports initial bulk data loads & ongoing incremental replication, enabling seamless database migrations & persistent synchronization across agency systems Leverage built-in (automated) transformation capabilities including column mapping, filtering, data type conversion, & record routing in order to reduce reliance on other tools Provide centralized monitoring and management so that administrators use a unified management console which enables visibility across all replication tasks, w/alerting, logging, & audit trail functionality that supports operational oversight, compliance, & accountability requirements Hold and maintain FedRAMP Moderate Authorization Support on-premises, cloud-native,
