The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to Construct approximately 1/2 acre of site improvements at the Quad for the 163d Attack Wing located at March ARB CA. Sitework includes grading, paving, pavers, vaults, walls and landscaping. Construction/contract completion time is 120 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This action is being procured as a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
