The Alabama Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following must be brand name: Item 01, FLU Vaccine - Individual doses FLUARIX Quadrivalent Vaccine (10 doses per package), 74 each totaling 740 doses Item 02, Excise Tax, 1 The contract type for this procurement is firm-fixed price. Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of best value. Price will be the primary consideration. Delivery time may also be considered equal to or more important than price; therefore, please include expected delivery after receipt of order. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information.
