Purpose: The qualified vendor will propose a comprehensive plan to identify, qualify, and manage live MBA consulting projects in support of the University’s Capstone MBA course, MGT 5313. The live MBA projects will be managed by a team of MBA students who will conduct an accelerated, 7.2-week strategic analysis project, meeting the project goals and objectives proposed by the project client (sponsor), and guided by a mutually defined project plan. The student team will collaborate directly with the project client to assess the business needs, define the core business issue, and identify critical factors for team research and analysis. The project objective is to provide the project client with insight and a fresh perspective on how best to address the core business challenge.The university’s goal is to offer MBA students a challenging experiential learning environment to apply their academic and life experiences to solving real problems for ongoing businesses.
