The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a Request for Quote for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Laboratory Testing Services, for the Valley Resident Office for the Natomas Levee projects, CA for a 5 year period from the date of award. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide Laboratory Testing Services.
