The U.S. Geological Survey, under the Department of the Interior, is procuring one new Applied Biosystems by Thermo Fisher QuantStudio 3 Real-Time PCR System through a firm-fixed-price contract awarded via a small business set-aside under NAICS code 334516. The procurement is issued as a Request for Quotation with a strict pass/fail evaluation methodology based on lowest price, technically acceptable criteria.
