Bids will be received via the PennBID Program (www.pennbid.net) until 12:00 PM, on April 10, 2024. Bids will be opened electronically and remotely via PennBID at the noted time. The Project includes the following work: Street rehabilitation project including new curbing, curb ramps, storm water installation and alley paving restoration. The project will be located from 200 to the 700 block of Queen Street and will similarly work along portions of 4th Street and Orange Street.
