The Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) is seeking to establish a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to identify licensed contractors capable of providing commercial painting and coating services for various future projects. These services may encompass maintenance, repairs, and installations across wastewater facilities, with specific work assignments and bond requirements outlined in the solicitation. The RFQ aims to create a pre-qualified pool of vendors, although the LRWRA does not guarantee a specific volume of work. The official solicitation is posted on the Arkansas Bid website, and vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all posted addenda and requirements. The procurement process is managed solely by the LRWRA Procurement Department, which serves as the primary contact point for questions and submissions. The contract is associated with NAICS code 333924 and is open to licensed contractors within Arkansas. The response deadline is set for March 28, 2024, and interested vendors can find additional details and submit responses through the designated online portal. The process emphasizes adherence to submission guidelines, and LRWRA reserves the right to reject any or all responses or waive informalities. This RFQ is part of LRWRA’s broader effort to streamline its procurement of specialized services, ensuring that qualified contractors are available for ongoing and future wastewater facility projects, thereby supporting the authority’s operational and maintenance needs efficiently.
