La Municipalité des Bergeronnes désire recevoir des soumissions en vue de la conclusion d’un contrat avec une firme qualifiée pour les services professionnels en ingénierie nécessaires à la réalisation d’une étude préliminaire (projet PRIMEAU 2023-2033) dans le cadre de son projet de mise aux normes en eau potable. Les services à être fournis par l’Adjudicataire devront être conformes au contenu du présent appel d’offres. Les documents de soumission seront disponibles dès le jeudi 26 février 2026 sur le système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec (SEAO) qui détermine leurs conditions d’émission. Les intéressés peuvent s’adresser à un représentant du SEAO au numéro de téléphone +1 (555) 000-0000 ou en consultant le site Web suivant : www.seao.gouv.qc.ca. L’obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. Attention : Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent déposer leur soumission sous enveloppes cachetées, ou par la voie électronique (STVE) par le biais du SEAO. Le choix du Soumissionnaire retenu est fait suite aux recommandations d’un comité de sélection, selon les critères d’évaluation décrits aux documents d’appel d’offres. Seules sont admises à soumissionner les personnes, les sociétés, les compagnies et les corporations qui ont un établissement d’entreprise au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par un accord de libéralisation des marchés applicable aux municipalités soit l’Accord sur le libre-échange canadien (ALEC) et l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO). Toute personne intéressée ou groupe de personnes intéressées à participer au processus d’adjudication visé par le présent appel d’offres (ou son représentant) peut porter plainte à la Municipalité relativement à ce processus jusqu’à la date limite de réception des plaintes indiquée sur SEAO. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission ayant obtenu le plus haut pointage, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires dans le cas du rejet de l’une ou de toutes les soumissions.
