Appraisals for Single Family Housing program in the various counties of Kentucky for USDA Rural Development MANDATORY ORIENTATION SESSION Vendors are notified that BPAs/Purchase Orders will be issued only to vendors who attended either the USDA Rural Development, Kentucky State Office Mandatory Appraiser Orientation Session that were presented in 2005, or the session conducted on January 30, 2007, or the session scheduled during the open period of this RFQ (The only projected session is scheduled for February 13, 2008. No further sessions are anticipated.) Due to changing procedures, attendance for the complete session is required Attendance verifications will be furnished at the conclusion of the scheduled session. At least one appraiser certified by the Kentucky Appraisal Board as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, or as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser must attend the orientation session for your firm to receive purchase orders or BPAs. If that individual leaves the company, then your company must promptly notify the Contracting Officer of that fact, and arrange for a substitute individual to receive an Orientation Briefing with one of our staff appraisers before further orders will be issued to your company.
