This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing comparable services to Cerner Corporation's Care Tracker Premium Support package for Care Tracker Software located at various locations in Albany, Batavia, Buffalo, Canandaigua and Syracuse New York. Please see attached Scope of Work below for the requirements of the package. The Premium Support Renewal Plan includes the following: " Free software updates " Unlimited access to the Care Center help desk " Access to attend user groups, training events, and conferences " Subscription to customer Newsletter " Guaranteed response time within 2 business hours for Critical Issues (i.e. system is down) " Guaranteed response time within 8 business hours for Limited Impact Issues " Guaranteed response time within 2 business days for consulting and training issues Additional Requirements: " Provide documentation that service personnel are trained and certified to service the software program All vendors who are interested must have an active Cage Code Number, and registered in ORCA (Representations and Certifications).
