Is there an incumbent for this activity? No. 2. We would like to see what a CDC looks like. Is there a sample that we could access? Not sure the vendor needs to see a CDC at this point. Our CDCs are multi volume (usually 3) paper-based courses. They are B&W with still graphics, some foldouts and schematics. Each Unit has self-check short answer questions and the answers are provided in the back of the book. Our AFIADL website has a catalog that describes the courses. 3. It seems that AFIADL already has a Learning Management System and Content Repository. Is it assumed that the e-CDC system would leverage that infrastructure? Yes. 4. Has AFIADL coordinated their e-learning architectures with other agencies? Our systems are conformant to OSD's ADL specifications and standards: www.ADLnet.org 5. The SOW specifies a task to recommend R&D priorities for e-CDC. Is this development oriented? Is it separate from other AFIADL R&D? Not sure at this point. Vendor will have discretion to recommend what needs to be studied and evaluated in the future based on findings.
