1. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) announces the release of solicitation, W74V8H-04-R-0005, DOD POSITIONING / NAVIGATION / TIMING CORE SUPPORT SERVICES on the behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Networks and Informa tion Integration). 2. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This acquisition will be solicited as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR Part 15. Contracts will be awarded on a Best Value basis using the Tr adeoff source selection process. Period of Performance will be for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition is a TOTAL Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541330 with a small business size standard of $25M. 3. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov .
