This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source modification for engineering support services to Imagine One Technology and Management, LTD., Chantilly, VA under contract N65236-03-D-6831. The proposed ceiling increase of approximately $1,500,000.00 and extension of the period of performance through 31 March 2007 will allow continuity of uninterrupted support for SPAWAR programs which have task orders currently in place.
