S. Territories and possessions. Contractors must demonstrate the capability to provide service on a nationwide basis by proposing on at least 75 percent of the states within the continental United States. On an optional basis, service may also be provided internationally. The resulting contract(s) will meet the needs for customer agencies (Federal government) of FedSource/GoTo.Gov/FBA. FedSource/GoTo.Gov/FBA is a partnership of Franchise Business Activities (FBA?s) within the Treasury Department composed of FedSource ? Beaufort, FedSource ? Chicago, FedSource-Seattle, FedSource ? St. Louis, GoTo.Gov (located in Baltimore, MD), and FBA ? Central (located in Cincinnati, OH). The objective of the EAP is to provide access to, and provide services from, appropriate prevention, treatment and rehabilitation programs provided to employees of FedSource/GoTo.Gov/FBA customer agencies with alcohol, drug, mental, emotional, family or other personal problems adversely affecting job performance.
