A) DESCRIPTION DU MANDAT : Le Cégep de Baie-Comeau demande des soumissions pour la réfection de la fenestration de la résidence étudiante du 927 Comtois à Baie-Comeau dans la province de Québec. Les travaux comprennent, sans s’y limiter, les permis, la fourniture et l’installation de la fenestration (92 fenêtres), l’entreposage, les échafaudages et les abris conformes aux règles de sécurité, la main-d’œuvre, l’outillage, l’équipement, le transport et la surveillance nécessaire à l’exécution des travaux, le tout conformément au cahier des charges et aux conditions applicables des documents contractuels. Les travaux principaux seront les suivants: démolition, charpenterie, isolation et étanchéité de l’enveloppe, remplacement de fenêtres, travaux nécessaires pour la peinture et le ragréage, gestion et élimination des déchets, etc. Le détail des travaux se retrouve dans les documents 5 et 6. B) ÉCHÉANCIER : L’ouverture des soumissions aura lieu le mercredi 18 février 2026 à 14h.
