Ceux qui ne détiennent pas le cahier des clauses générales d’appel d’offres, Tome II, édition 2003 de la Ville de Saguenay, doivent se le procurer avec les documents du présent appel d’offres, sur SÉAO. Le cahier des clauses générales d’appel d’offres, Tome II, fait partie intégrante du présent appel d’offres.
