Pour assurer une cohabitation permettant la continuité des soins, l’entrepreneur devra prendre connaissance des méthodes à suivre pour le phasage des travaux, les coupures de services, les installations temporaires et autres instructions spécifiques à un ouvrage milieu d’hébergement, CHSLD. Se référer aux documents suivants : Clauses complémentaires au contrat, (i.e. « CCC »), régie et contrat. L’entrepreneur doit aussi se référer aux plans et devis complets (architecture) pour déterminer l’ampleur précise des travaux et des mesures de protection requises.
