1. OBJET DU CONTRAT 1.1 L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour la réfection complète des balcons en raison de leur état de détérioration avancé aux Habitations Joseph-Janot, 872 à 950, rue Joseph-Janot, Pointe-aux-Trembles, (Québec) H1A 5E8, arrondissement Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles. 1.2 Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux inclut : La réfection complète des balcons, incluant : • Le resurfaçage des balcons et des membranes; • La réparation de balcons peu profonde; • La réfection profonde de balcons; • La reconstruction de dalles en porte-à-faux; • La reconstruction de nez de balcon; • La reconstruction partielle de dalles; • La conception de nouveaux larmiers; • La réparation de fissures dans les dalles; • L’injection de fissures; • Et tous autres travaux connexes. 1.3 Les travaux seront réalisés dans L’ensemble d’habitations Joseph-Janot, qui comporte 4 bâtiments de 3 étages, situés dans l’arrondissement Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles. Mis en exploitation en 2004, l’ensemble des bâtiments totalise 40 unités destinées à des familles, couples et personnes seules. Il y a 16 unités de 1 chambre à coucher et 24 unités de 3 chambres à coucher. Il y a aussi un parc de stationnement extérieur totalisant 32 cases de stationnement. Dans le cadre du projet, les balcons des entrées principales de tous les bâtiments sont visés par les travaux. Les balcons sont faits de béton. Tous les travaux se feront en présence des locataires. 1.4 Durant les travaux, les logements seront occupés. 2. DURÉE DES TRAVAUX 2.1 Selon la planification actuelle, il est prévu que les travaux débuteront dès la signature de la lettre d’engagement mais cette date pourrait être modifiée par l’OMHM. Dans tel cas, la modification ne pourra pas servir à justifier une demande d’extra de la part de l’adjudicataire. 2.2 Les travaux devront être exécutés dans un délai maximal de 63 jours ouvrables de la date confirmée du début des travaux dans la lettre d’engagement.
