PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC MUNICIPALITÉ DE NOTRE-DAME-AUXILIATRICE-DE-BUCKLAND AVIS PUBLIC PROJET : Réfection du rang Ville-Marie – Phase 2 La Municipalité de Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland requiert des soumissions pour la réalisation de travaux sur le rang Ville-Marie. Les travaux de la phase 2 incluent, sans toutefois s’y limiter au remplacement de deux ponceaux en TBA, ainsi que les travaux d’aménagement de la fondation granulaire et la mise en place de la chaussée pavée. Il est à noter que le projet, qui fait l’objet de la présente demande de soumission, est en voir d’obtenir toutes les approbations requises (dont l’approbation du ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la faune et des Parcs – MELCCFP). Prendre note que les travaux prévus seront réalisés selon le financement de la Municipalité. Ils sont donc conditionnels à l’obtention des autorisations requises (si nécessaire; règlement d’emprunts, certificat d’autorisation au MELCCFP, déclaration de conformité, etc.). Le soumissionnaire qui se verra octroyer le contrat devra réaliser les travaux selon les plans et devis réalisés par la MRC de Bellechasse en date du 26 mai 2026. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions.
