Les soumissionnaires sont conviés à participer de cette visite des lieux. Le fait de ne pas y participer ne peut servir d’excuse ou de prétexte à des erreurs, omissions ou irrégularités de la part d’un soumissionnaire. Chaque soumissionnaire est responsable de déléguer un représentant à cette visite. Tous les soumissionnaires, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants seront considérés comme ayant visité les lieux et aucune réclamation pour manque de connaissance des lieux ne pourra être soumise ni acceptée.
