The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Philadelphia (FISC) Detachment Philadelphia Division, intends to procure non-personal helpdesk services to support the Joint Staff/J7, Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) for the Australia Government. The primary objective of this task is to operate the help desk, develop, prioritize, coordinate, correct, and track status of Australian users trouble tickets. The proposed award will include a base period of 9 months and one (1) 4-month option period. The proposed procurement is being processed on other than full and open competitive basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGC), using commercial items acquisition procedures under the authority of the FAR PART 12. This effort is in conjunction with the JTIMS/JLLIS task order N00189-19-D-Z006-N0018919FZ735 competitively awarded to NGC to provide help desk support to the Australian Government. All Interested parties should respond, and identify their interest and capability to the requirement by submitting a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is a solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
