BASIC REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, engineering, and transportation necessary to maintain, operate, repair, modify, test and monitor environmental systems and contaminated sites at the former NWRIP McGregor in McGregor, TX for a period of at least one (1) year, but not to exceed three (3) years. The contractor shall operate the Area M fluidized bed reactor (FBR) in accordance with the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Permit No. WQ0002335000 and the Area M Groundwater Treatment System Operations and Maintenance Manual (January 2006). The contractor shall operate the Areas E, F, M, and S biowalls in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual for Biowalls (February 2006). The contractor shall inspect and maintain the Areas D, E, F, and M landfill caps in accordance with the Post Closure Care Order (PCCO) and existing Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit No. HW-50081. The contractor shall conduct annual groundwater monitoring. The contractor shall conduct annual and biennial reporting in accordance with the Compliance Plan CP-50081 and the Post Closure Care Order (PCCO).
