Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology) (OASA)(ALT) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Science Applications International Corporation, 1710 Saic Dr, McLean, VA 22102-3703 to provide professional support services to the OASA(ALT), Principal Deputy, and Deputy Assistant Secretaries there under. This action will result in a period of performance shall be six months from the date of Task Order award with three (3) one-month options not to exceed three (3) months. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
