Full Description

The U. S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Division, intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i)) with DR DAS LTD,194 Clouse Lane Granville, Ohio 43023 USA. The contractor shall provide technical support for installed Envitech software in ambient air quality monitoring stations. The US Army Public Health Command (USAPHC) already owns and operates the software which requires support and DR DAS LTD is the only vendor who is certified by the manufacture to service and improve the software. Air monitoring station data management software is not common, off the shelf software. The bundled DR DAS software package already purchased by the USAPHC is unique to our monitoring system and requires a specialized support service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $25.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), May 17, 2013.
