D -- Microsoft Premiere Support Services

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC Pacific) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Microsoft Corporation, 12012 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190. The authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for Microsoft Premiere Services to include 70 hours of Support Account Manager services and 2,960 hours of Designated Support Engineering services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation within 15 days after date of publication of this notice and will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
