Notice of Intent to Extend the Period of Performance on Contract W5J9CQ-10-C-0019 The U.S. Army Geospatial Center (AGC) intends to extend the period of performance on contract W5J9CQ-10-C-0019 with TASC Inc. This six month extension is carried out in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 quote mark Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. quote mark This extension will provide continuity of mission critical requirements while the AGC completes the competitive selection of a follow-on contract. The Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program focuses on exploiting the current and future tactical potential of national and theater systems and integrating these capabilities into the Army's tactical decision-making process. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
