The Contracting Center of Excellence, acting for the Office of the Provost Marshall General, intends to negotiate a sole source delivery order with Concurrent Technologies Corporation for specialized instruction and training. The scope of work focuses on canine detection for explosives, arms, and ammunition, specifically utilizing off-leash, active voice, and hand control methods based on the United Kingdom training model. This effort supports the Technical Support Working Group's FREEDOM Program, which develops instruction for pilot courses regarding Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, Nuclear, and Explosive incidents at Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri.
