Modification #1 The purpose of this modification is clarifying the COMOPTEVFOR certification. The modeling and simulation software is COMOPTEVFOR certified. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Sealift Support Program Office intends to award a sole source contract to L-3 Communications of Chantilly, VA for the Naval Maritime Prepositioning Forces Staff Planning Software (NMPFSP) support. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact L-3 Communications directly.This procurement will be a firm-fixed-price and cost reimbursable contract. The period of performance is from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2014.
