To a much lesser extent, this contract may be used to provide technical support to EPA ant non-Federal potentially responsible party (PRP)-lead sites (i.e., privately owned). These services will be provided within EPA Region 2 (which encompasses the area of New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands). This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Rate Performance Based, Award Term (5 year Base plus 2-one year award terms) type of contract with an estimated maximum value of $6,000,000.
