Full Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for regulatory drafting support and economic analysis to develop and complete regulations, policy and guidance documents pertaining to the Office of Diversion Control Program. Offerors will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) Management Plan which includes: a. Furnishing Qualified Personnel, b. Recruiting and Retention and c. Security Plan; 2) Past Performance; 3) Quality Control Plan and 4) Transition Plan. The proposed contract period of performance will be from October 1, 2007 thru September 30, 2008 with four twelve month option periods. The government anticipates awarding a single Labor Hour contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 8, 2007 and will be issued solely through the DEA's acquisition website at http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/. Click on Acquisitions, then Open Solicitations. Hardcopies of the RFP will not be available. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments.
