The Robins Air Force Base 78th Services Division Youth Center is organizing a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on June 11, 2004, to recognize the valuable contributions of youth volunteers, coaches, and team mothers who dedicate their time to coaching and mentoring young athletes. This event typically attracts around 100 attendees and serves as a gesture of thanks for their support in various sports activities. To enhance the event, the Youth Center is seeking partnerships with companies willing to provide financial support to help cover luncheon costs or offer in-kind donations such as sports bags, equipment, event tickets, or memorabilia that can be used as door prizes. Companies participating in this sponsorship opportunity will receive promotional benefits with varying levels of logo or name recognition in materials such as the event program, the Services Edge magazine (15,000 copies monthly), the Services website, the weekly Rev-Up publication (20,000 copies), and on event thank you signage. The extent of promotional exposure is contingent on the donation’s value. Interested organizations are encouraged to contact Marisa Barber by May 28, 2004, to discuss involvement in this community-focused appreciation event.

On June 11, 2004 the Robins Air Force Base 78th Services Division Youth Center will host its Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. This event allows the Youth Center to show their appreciation to those who give their free time sharing their knowledge and coaching our youth in many different types of sports. The Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon is open to all youth volunteers, coaches and team moms. The event usually receives an attendance of 100 people. In order to enhance this program we would like to partner with a company who is interested in providing cash to help offset the costs of the luncheon and/or in-kind such as sports bags, sports equipment, sporting event tickets and other sports memorabilia to give away as door prizes to our volunteers.Would your company like to be a part of the Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon this year? If so, we can offer you possible logo and/or name recognition in promotional event materials, our Services Edge magazine (15,000 published per month), our Services website, the Rev-Up (20,000 published per week) and even on an event thank you sign. (All opportunities above are dependent on the total value of your donation.) Those companies interested in participating should contact Marisa Barber at +1 (555) 000-0000 or +1 (555) 000-0000 no later than May 28, 2004.
