The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit, on a sole source basis, Colmek Systems Engineering of 2001 S 3480 W, Salt Lake City UT 84104-4919 for integration engineering services for development, physical-interfacing, data-interfacing, and processing questions that may arise during the development of a Q-24 module in the Organic Post Mission Analysis (OPMA) software for the AN/AQS-24A dedicated AMCM system. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Colmek, as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) the AN/AQS-24A dedicated AMCM system, is the only responsible source for these services and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The U.S. Navy does not own the drawings for this system, and Colmek has the unique knowledge of the system design to provide these integration engineering services.
